William is currently earning a professional degree in architecture from the Irwin S. Chanin School of Architecture at The Cooper Union. Prior to this, he served as the program manager for Van Alen Institute, a non-profit organization whose mission is to promote inquiry into the design of the public realm. William has also worked as a forest patrol officer for the Los Padres National Forest and received a Dana Hepler grant from Wesleyan University to help build a database-driven educational resource for sustainable design practitioners in New York City. William earned his B.A. with honors from the College of Social Studies at Wesleyan University.
